Simply Willow Shipping and Return Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During holidays and times of high demand (launch days) your order may take longer to process than usual.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently do not offer International Shipping.
Based on the nature of our products, refunds are not accepted. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to get the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If in the event we are sold out of that item, something the same price and item may be swapped.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot guarantee that packages will not be lost or stolen during shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not refund for missing or stolen packages.
We do offer cancellations! Contact us within 2 hours of your purchase to receive a full refund.
